Molly’s Restaurant is situated just off the Main Street in Kilfinane. Phil and Josie and their team are open all day serving breakfast, lunch, snacks and a selection of evening meals, including steaks, grills, fish & chips and a vegetarian option. They also have a wine list and make great coffee!
There are seven warm and welcoming pubs in Kilfinane which will be open over the course of the HearSay weekend some of which do soups and sandwiches as well as teas and coffees and of course pints!
There is a hot deli counter at both Sheehy's Centra and Harry's Shop
There are two local takeaways which open ‘til late over the Festival Molly’s Takeaway – burgers, chips, wraps and good coffee! & Megabites – a wide range of tasty indian meals, burgers, pizza, kebabs and some vegetarian dishes
To provide additional eating space for HearSay attendees, all of the local pubs have agreed that over the festival, food bought in the villages take-away’s and shop deli counters can be brought into the pubs and eaten while there with no requirement to buy while there.
There are also plans for additional food options to be provided for the weekend to cope with the additional demand - more details at the HearSay Welcome Point where there will also be a cup of tea on arrival!
Kilfinane also has a Post Office, three Hair Salons & Petrol Station along with d car repair service if you develop car trouble.
Powers Pharmacy (Monday to Saturday) has a dispensary service, along with over the counter medicines and gift items.

An important note on Cash:
The only ATM in Kilfinane is located inside Sheehy's Centra supermarket. There's no on-street ATM. Opening Hours: Friday & Saturday 8am - 8pm, Sunday 8am - 1pm.
Local pubs and accommodation providers generally don't have the facilities for credit card payments, so it's worth planning ahead to have enough cash.

The area around Kilfinane boasts 1000KM of walking trails, if you're looking for some peace and quiet ;)

Kilfinane has a great friendly well stocked local supermarket, Sheehy's Centra, which carries most groceries and has a well-stocked deli counter. Opening Hours: Friday & Saturday 8am - 8pm, Sunday 8am - 1pm.
Hennessy’s Butcher shop is a craft butcher stocking a range of locally sourced meats.
Harry's Service Station and Shop is open until 10pm and carries essentials like milk, eggs, bread & tea and biscuits as well as petrol/diesel.
Etna’s sells sweets, drinks, gifts and a good range of stationary supplies.
If you have special dietary requirements, Sheehy’s is very well stocked and caters to a certain level of specialist needs. You may wish to consider bringing any key provisions.
