There are a number of options for accommodation in the area. We recommend you stay as close to Kilfinane as possible as this will be where all the activity will be happening across the festival weekend.
For HearSay19, there will be also low priced festival bus which brought people from and to Kilfinane from the surrounding towns each morning and evening.
Ballyhoura Hostel, situated on Kilfinane’s Main St.
This is a luxury hostel, with hotel quality mattresses and cotton bed linen throughout. The hostel also has a self-catering kitchen, sauna and a comfortable lounge with open fire. There are dormitory, 4-bed and family rooms available. (Please note that there is no facility to pay by credit card at the hostel)

Kilfinane Outdoor Education Centre, situated in Kilfinane village.

We ask people when they were request invites to HearSay Festival if they are interested in a homestay accommodation option with local people. This accomodation is paid for directly to your host- a bit like HearSay Air Bnb. Its a great way to meet local people, for local people to engage with HearSay and it spreads the economic benefits of HearSay to every corner of Kilfinane. Places are limited.

Charleville Park Hotel, Charleville.
A 4* Hotel and Leisure Centre, located around 20 minutes drive from Kilfinane. The HearSay Bus in 2017 included a stop at this hotel in the morning and evening of the Festival days. There is also a train station in Charleville and a bus stop on the main Cork City to Limerick City route. As of September 10th there is availabilty here. Situated on the edge of Mitchelstown en-route to Kilfinane and close to the Main Cork to Dublin Motorway and around 20 minutes drive from Kilfinane
